Business Ombudsman of Georgia Irakli Lekvinadze has taken part in the meeting that was held between Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze and the Business Association member companies. Minister of Finance Ivane Machavariani and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Giorgi Kobulia have also attended the meeting.

Business Ombudsman of Georgia Irakli Lekvinadze and Nodar Khaduri, chairman of Competition Agency have signed a memorandum on cooperation.

Business Ombudsman of Georgia Irakli Lekvinadze and Iva Chkonia, President of Georgian Distributors Business Association (GDBA) have met with representatives of GDBA member companies. At the meeting, the private sector representatives named the current problematic issues in the sector.

Business Ombudsman of Georgia Irakli Lekvinadze has met with Sigitas Leonavicius, president of Vilnius Chamber of Commerce and members of the chamber delegation.

Business Ombudsman of Georgia Irakli Lekvinadze and the Georgian Business Ombudsman’s representative in Adjara have met with Turkish businessmen in Batumi. The consul general of Turkey in Adjara Region has also attended the meeting, as well as representatives of companies united in Association of International Investors, Association of Batumi Entrepreneurs and Businessmen and Association of Independent Manufacturers and Businessmen.

Tornike Rizhvadze, chairman of Government of Adjara, and Irakli Lekvinadze, Business Ombudsman of Georgia, have met with representatives of about 200 private companies operating in the Region and officially introduced the Georgian Business Ombudsman’s representative to the Adjara Region.

Business ombudsman of Georgia Irakli Lekvinadze, Deputy business Ombudsman Zurab Dznelashvili and Gogita Todradze, executive director for Geostat, national statistics service of Georgia have taken part in the conference organized by Gambling Business Association – Transparency of Gambling Business and Improvement of Reporting.

 

On June 1 the Business Ombudsman’s Office introduced the business ombudsman’s portal, which successfully operates and enables entrepreneurs to contact the business ombudsman’s office in electronic form.
