The participants have discussed court’s case-law characteristics concerning and stemming from activities of financial institutions, more specifically, from bank and insurance relationships. There have been observed legal problems related to applying of property security means in disputes.
During the meeting, participants also raised an idea of creation of specialized commercial and tax chambers within the Common Court System
