Georgian Business Ombudsman: I Put Badagoni Case under My Personal Control by Prime Minister's Instruction

The Business Ombudsman of Georgia has released a statement regarding  activities the investigation service of Ministry of Finance has launched at Badagoni company.

 

According to the spread information, the investigation procedures have not resulted in suspension of production process in Badagoni. It is important that the company continue production process in usual regime, Irakli Lekvinadze said.

Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili has instructed me to put the case under my personal control, the Business Ombudsman noted.

 

«As instructed by the Prime Minster, the current developments in Badagoni company will be put under personal control. The business process should not be frustrated. According to my information, investigation procedures have not suspended production process and it is important that the company continue valuable operation. We will meet with the founders of Badagoni for detailed examination of the issue», the Business Ombudsman noted.
