The Georgian Business Ombudsman's office carefully supervises the case with Badagoni winemaking company. We keep constant communication with all parties involved, including with Mr. Vladimer Janjghavas' partners and defense lawyer. At the meeting, naturally, we will listen to their complaints that he has regarding this case. The Business Ombudsman's office has joined the process by instruction of Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili. Our objective was to protect the company interests, secure the company from problems and maintain its production capacity on both domestic or exports markets. We have achieved these goals. Investigative process has not frustrated the company operation. At this stage, private bodies argue about the company and in similar situations, court system is the most suitable space, where all questions may be answered.
