Georgian Business Ombudsman Irakli Lekvinadze and Sasha Ternes, chairman of managing board of German Business Association, have signed a memorandum on cooperation.

Business Ombudsman of Georgia Irakli Lekvinadze has attended a presentation of Welcome Challenge project, which calls for conducting   Annual Global Forum in Hospitality and Tourism Industry and investor-startup interconnection event in Tbilisi in October 2018.

Business Ombudsman of Georgia Irakli Lekvinadze continues meetings in Regions. Today, Irakli Lekvinadze met with representatives of local business sector in Akhaltsikhe.

At the meeting Irakli Lekvinadze and his assistant Levan Kalandadze introduced a presentation about performance of the Business Ombudsman's office to representatives of local business sector.

In the panel „Challenges and Opportunities in Tourism & Hospitality Industry” the Business Ombudsman talked about business climate in Georgia's tourism and hospitality sector.

Today Levan Kalandadze, Deputy Business Ombudsman of Georgia, and Savash Uzan, head of Agara Sugar Company supervisory board, attended the solemn ceremony dedicated to resumption of full-scale operation at the plant. The guests delivered speech for the the plant employees.

Business Ombudsman of Georgia Irakli Lekvinadze and Deputy Business Ombudsman Levan Kalandadze have met with Vladimer Janjghava, the former founder of Badagoni winemaking company.

Last week Vladimer Janjghava released information that he was asking to meet with the Business Ombudsman.

Georgian Business Ombudsman Irakli Lekvinadze has delivered a speech at Krynica Economic Forum, in the panel - Doing Business in Georgia: Advantages and Disadvantages.

Presidents of Georgia, Slovakia and Poland, as well as Prime Minister of Georgia and 300 other guests have attended the Forum.

The Georgian Business Ombudsman's office carefully supervises the case with Badagoni winemaking company. We keep constant communication with all parties involved, including with Mr. Vladimer Janjghavas' partners and defense lawyer. At the meeting, naturally, we will listen to their complaints that he has regarding this case

Limited access to financial resources is a key problem in all regions, including in Adjara, Georgian Business Ombudsman Iraklie Lekvinadze said.
